Is there a way to tell which Service Center will be handling my I-129F packet, is it done by where you are petitioning from or is it solely determined by USCIS on where they send it?

I believe it's based on the petitioner's state - for example, a petitioner in Washington state is processed through California, though apparently, sometimes applications are transferred from one center to another because of volume.

Apparently not the TX lock box is a sorting center. Some people have said they got sent to TSC for their petitions but nothing has since happened to them at all.
