I know I have asked this question 3 months ago but i just needed some help filling out the I-134 AOS for the K-1 Visa, My fiance is in medical school therefore makes no income, we are using a co-sposor (her mom) she makes $40,000 per year ( that should be enough i suppose, for the 125% poverty level). I know my fiancee has to fill out one form and her mom will fill out a separate I-134 form.

Form 1

1. On the I-134 what should my fiance answer for Question # 7 and Question # 11

2. What documents should my fiancee attach to this form ?

Form 2

1. On the second I-134 AOS form what should her mom fill out for Question # 8 and Question # 11,

2. For question 8 does her mom have to fill out my fiancee name ?

3. Helpful documents to attach to this form ?

Does the Chennai consulate look down upon petitioners having co-sponsors ? any experience ?

Any help/info is highly appreciated thank you very much !
