Hi, Co Sponsor Question : I have a friend who separated from her husband in September she has been employed for 2 years and will be filing taxes as married filing separate this year, on the previous years she filed married joint with her husband. If she can be co sponsor will I need her and her husband fill the I-134 OR Can she do it without him filling out the form ? Thanks so much for your responses :)

In other words: If a married couple file a joint tax return can only one of them be the co sponsor? or do both of them have to sign the I-134?
