I-485, need help on part 5 and 6

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!!!

Just started the AOS forms for my wife and will need help on several things there..Thanks in advance to everyone who responds to this, it is much appreciated!!! Since my wife doesnt speak english yet i am filling out all the forms, in part 5 and 6 of form I-485 can I, as a husband and interested party put my name down as interpreter as well as person preparing form, and if yes what should i wright in the box "Firm name and adress", or should i just check that she prapared forms herself???

Timeline

Interpreter should be a third party, not spouse.

As for part 6, this has to do with cases where a Lawyer is preparing the form, if spouse is helping and preparing this form, then nothing needs to be done in part 6

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
