hello to everyone. Soon we will refile our k1 but if we ever dont succeed again, we are considering to file CR1 instead. I just want to ask how long should my petitioner stay in my country? because he can only have his vacation for 1 week and any information or guides for any evidences we can provide as a proof of our relationship/marriage..

Thank you for any info u can give us...Godbless.

There's no set time required for him to be there, as long as you have met in person within the last two years. One week would be fine. Simply having copies of his itinerary, his boarding passes, and some pictures should be fine to prove you have met. If you stay in a hotel, then having both of your names on the receipt would be good, you can also take a picture with a newspaper or something else that shows the date. Copies of letters, chat history, and cell records should also be used.
