OS155A - What that is mean?

My wife got two notice from USCIS. One notice is a welcoming letter and the second notice here and another notice is as follow:

Your OS155A, IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION was accepted and is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. On December 27, 2010, we mailed you a notice explaining this and describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment. If absolutely necessary, you can request that your appointment be rescheduled however, please be aware that rescheduling may delay the processing of your application. Please follow the instructions on your appointment notice if you need to reschedule. Occasionally, you may receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have filed a form other than those listed above. My wife entered the US two weeks ago on a CR1 visas and submitted a package at port of entry. Does this mean she got the GC? Thank you

Yes, is standard boiler plate wording that they got the package and are processing the actual card.

Note wife already has GC, it is her passport. Passport will serve as a Green-card for up to 1 year.

Note at the botom of the visa where it says "Upon endorsement will serv as temp I-551..." I-551 = Green-Card
