For January filers, can I-751 with expiry date of 12/31/10 be used

Hello All,

Expiry date for form I-751 is 12/31/10. USCIS website hasn't updated this form.

1) Can this old form still be used for January filers? Please reply.

2) Fee is $590 includes biometric Can that be made in one check?

Yes to both questions. The form can be used and a single check can be made out. A personal check is much more recommended than a money order because you can see it clear in your bank account before you hear from USCIS...

A form's OMB date is NOT the form's expiration date, OMB date has to do with a survey conducted by USCIS for OMB (Office of Management and Budget) and has to do with the paper-work reduction act.
