Forms for DCF??

I wanted to know exactly what forms were going to be needed threw out the entire application process...and if anyone could tell me how much it cost?? I've found that it's $420 for the filing fee to be sent with the I-130..ect..but after that, besides the medical exam, how much more money is needed? I've started to confuse myself with different forms that need to be filled out...When applying threw DCF will I need to apply for the I-485 later on for another $1070?? And then will I need to apply for I-765 for another $380?? I thought that if you got approved you were automatically given a green card and in that case you could work?? So applying for the I-485 (adjustment of status) or I-765 (app for employment authorization) wouldnt be needed, would they?! Ergh, I'm sooo confussed..PLEASE HELP ME..

DCF is NOT for a NON-Immigrant K-Visa so NO I-485 Adjustment of status involved later so NO $1070 fee. NO I-765 for EAD either DCF results in a green-card at entry to the USA, this is also employment authorization.

Fees:

I-130 : $420 for USCIS petition

DS-230 : $404 for Visa

Medical and Vaccinations $??? Depends on country
