Happy New Year everyone!

help pls..

what should i put in as address in Q2 and Q15 in the 129F form?

I am currently working in Singapore and I would like to receive correspondence at this address. Also if possible get the medical and visa interview done here..

However.. I was born in the Philippines and there is my permanent address.. wherever I go.. be it study in the city or work abroad.. my address in the province will always be there..

Im worried that confusion may arise as my address would be in singapore whereas im filipino..

Please help.. Thanks in advance :)

Are you a resident of Singapore, have a residency permit for Singapore then use Singapore address for 2 and 15

If you don't have residency in Singapore Then:

Part B 2 should be your address of Citizenship, B 15 is where you are living now Singapore
