Hello vj members first of all excuse my English and second I have been silent member of vj for 3 months atleast and this site is very helpfull as compare to other websites. guys my sencerio is that I submit i-130 for my spouse in october and I reveived my noa1 on oct 18 and currently my case is in california center now I am leaving for Pakistan on jan28 2011 to visit my wife for 2 months and I little worried that what if I get the noa2 while I will be in pakistan. The current timeline for california center is five months so around mid of march I should get my noa2 and my returning date is march 29 2011 from Pakistan. now my question is how much time I have to send the documents after I receive the noa2. For a quick note I already prepared the aos my wifes passport and her police certificate so these document are all ready. so guy what u think I will be fine?
