Hi guys, can someone pls forward me the number to call if you're having difficulties in printing your confirmation letter of appointment online? I tried scheduling my appointment through phone but I it's been past 24hrs. and I still can't print my confirmation Thank you very much in advance -

If you are attempting to download your appointment letter from ustraveldocs.com/ph, and get an "Error in the application. Please contact administrator." message at the bottom you can fix it. Simply add == to the end of the URL that is in your browser when you get the error and press enter and you will get the correct page. I just got that information from the support line last night. It worked for me.

Thank you guys for the response I just called the embassy this morning and they said they are experiencing the same thing downloading my confirmation page...They said that I should call back 2 days before my interview, but I'm going to try this info that you posted thank you very much!!! I hope this thing would work. I'll let you know

no call back unt il u get that page downloaded. everytime u call u get to talk to diff people. lets just hope u bump into the one who KNOWS what todo like what happened to me. I talked to a girl named NElla i think she is not filipino coz of her accent. but i her tagalog speaking call center agents on her background
