Online scheduling.

I learned something today. You can only log into the online scheduling and view the calander ONCE. I dide this to see what is available, make notes and discuss with Sheena. Now that i picked a day and I try to schedule, it won't let me/I get various different errors(reciept previously used, code input is different).

Also , PH traveldocs is down and calls are currently being sent to Maylaysia. He tried to schedule but the exectutive system is down(no suprise there).

My password was reset and should get the new one in 48 hours(long time) and he will try to schedule and email me the confirmation letter.

I'm not holding my breath and I will call back in a few hours.

Does it really have to be this hard?????

we have experienced the same thing in our case, we are about to pick a date then boom! the session expired. Wer tried to log in again it says bank fee is already used. call the USEM they took my data & they said they wull email/call me re: confirmation. they said they will be the one to pick the date. whaaaat?

call thw 214-571-1600 she said the same thing except about them picking the interview date. :/

yes today. they said they are going to choose he date & not me

You just have to tell them that you will pick. I wrote down what was available(most of Jan.)and I'm going off of that.Now how many time slots are open I don't know.

At least if you get a date you can always change it. At least your scheduled.

guess what? i called again today & i spoke to a malaysian i thiink coz of her accent & i got an interview date JANUARY 12 at 6:45 am

she said the available dates are january 6,7,10,11,12,13,14,18, 19

i called first thing when the appointment center opened. the guy tried to schedule me for feb 15. i told them our case is expedited so we'll need an earlier slot. he asked me what date i need. i said any time mid-january. he gave us jan 10. now we're just waiting for the confirmation letter that will be sent to our email address. hope it comes in soon!

update: we received our confirmation letter for the interview. jan 11. sorry i kept typing jan 10. its actually for jan11 at 7:15am. the gentleman i spoke to was very nice and he let me pick the date and time . at last! we're almost there!!!
