Visitor Visa for Mother (India) some Questions!

I have submitted the DS-260 form online and also made the required fee payment at the approved HDFC bank. What are the documents I am suppose to send to Mumbai consulate (For Madhya Pradesh residents) 3-days prior to interview date?

When I try to make appointment for interview at most I get is one week advance interview date. From my ruler place in Madhya Pradesh its very hard to have the Paper sent to Mumbai consulate and appear for the interview all in 1-week time. Please suggest how to handle this situation.
