G-325A Help!

Hi guys..question on G-325A, on the employment history, since I resigned from a company (working for 4 years) i have series of work but for a short period of time..like a month in one call center, then another 6 months in another call center. in between those times I have months wherein I dont have work. do i have to include all?

also at present time I have an online work, part-time, do I have to put in online work, without specific employer, or just put none? all this time I havent filed an income tax return since its just a part-time work, pay vary every month and i have no specific employers..

and also in the address for the past five years, do i also include the address even though I just rent a room? this is for the times that i work in another city..

What is the G-325A being used for and who's info?? Petitioner?, Beneficiary?

If US citizen working Part Time you still need to file IRS returns, you WILL need to provide copies of the returns when sponsoring the visa or adjusting status.

Detail work history including periods of un-employment, an online business is still work (Self-Employed)

Detail where you have lived for past 5 years.

If not enough space on form, you can attach a sheet noting form and line that the attachment is for.
