The NBI Document is the NBI Record Clearance Document

NBI is enough if you did not live in another country

if you did live abroad then you need a police clearance in that country

My wife has never been outside the Philippines.

So will the NBI Clearance document will be adequate?

re: NBI clearance...

if the NBI clearance states "No derogatory record", this clearance is ok.....

but if it says "No Pending Case", "No Criminal Record", NBI gives a certification or explanation on these statements.....

just sharing the explanation of an NBI lawyer....
