Has anyone had to go through this test in the UK? What is it like?

I had my medical Nov 24th at knightsbridge, went in filled a form, had chest xray, sat in waiting room, went for physical exam (took blood sample, checked eyesight, looked in ears, looked down throat, listened to chest (front & back), answered some questions, was weighed and measured then sent to the nurse to check vaccinations, paid up and left no psychiatric evaluation...unless they counted asking if i suffered from depression, had ever attempted suicide, suffered from stress....

No, he had his medical and now he has to go back and get the evaluation because of a very insignificant thing that happened 8 years ago. It's beyond stupid. Now we're terrified.
