Ok, I am getting ready to start the K1 process but I have a few questions:

1 - Part B, question 3b (finace's Country of Citizenship). He has dual Irish/UK citizenship - should I list both? (he lives in N. Ireland)

2- Do I list his country as N. Ireland or the U.K?

3- Part B, question 14 (address in the US where your fiance intends to live). I don't know where we will live once we are married. In a few weeks I (the US citizen) am leaving the US to visit my fiance in N. Ireland for the next 3 months, so I don't have a US address other than my parents. But we won't be living there. Would I just put "currently unknown"?

4- Part B, question 20 - how do I know which American Embassy or Consulate my fiance will file from? I am guessing Belfast?

If anyone who is experienced could help I would appreciate it heaps!!!

Also, I know no one can say for sure, but if I have this mailed out by mid Dec, is it possible/probable that we will have our visa and be able to marry in June? (this is kind of rediculous but my fiance wants to be 33 when we get married but his b-day is in June!)

Thanks!!

Well... for your last question.... we filed May 24th, 2010.... and our tentative wedding date is June 5th, 2011. That's leaving us some wiggle room, but I highly doubt you could have the entire process finished by June.

CSC and VSC are currently taking about 4 to 5 months just to issue the approval of the i-129F. Then your fiance would need to wait for Packet 3 from his consulate and wait for an interview.

I would aim for a wedding late in later 2011 if I were you!

Good luck
