Yup, normally they are looking for your gross income.

If you are self-employed, I think they are looking for your income after all of your business expenses.

03/04/11: Applied for SSI

04/01/11: passed actual Driving test!

04/08/11 Wedding Day

04/28/11: AOS packet sent USPS

04/29/20: AOS received by J.C (Chicago)

05/04/11: Tx message from USCIS that application rec'v

05/04/11: check cashed $1,070 whew!

05/23/11: Biometrics Appt @ 2pm

06/07/11: USCIS text notification

07/09/11: Interview/ AOS Approved!/ Card production tx notice

I'M JUST MAKING SURE ON QUESTION 10, DATE SUBMITTED IS THE RECEIVED DATE ON NOA1, NOT THE NOTICE DATE ON NOA1, RIGHT?

Well, now you've done it! You made me look through our giant stack of papers until I finally found our NOA1 and our I-134. :P

Here's the scoop:

> I mailed our K-1 packet on 9-29-08.

> The USCIS received our K-1 packet on 9-30-08.

> Our NOA1 letter from USCIS was dated 10-1-08.

> I answered question 10 on our I-134 as 9-30-08.

That date worked for us because I've been married to my malambing Chinook for over a year and-a-half already! ;):D
