Hello there, My fiancee was intending to come to the states a week before our wedding. She was thinking of flying. If she brings whatever she brings with her on the plane, can her family and friends bring the rest of her stuff with them when they drive down for the wedding a week later? Would she have to sign anything to say it was for her? Thanks!

will she have her visa when she flies down before the wedding?

If so, yes, her family can bring her stuff later, they'll just need a copy of her visa and I-94 and I think a customs form 3299, but check the info on the Customs and Border Patrol website.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

Make sure you itemize it !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks! With the itemized list, if she has books/clothes, do they want a specific amount of books/authors, or "x" amount of dresses?
