I 864 (AOS)

Anyone here who had just recently interviewed and the I864 form they submitted at the embassy has an OMB No. 1615-0075; Expires 10/31/10? Is the form still valid and acceptable?

I have checked the I864 form on USCIS website and it's still the same expiration date..

there is one person that got an RFE for not having the new form (athough info on their case isnt very good)...if you can find and download the new form (should be linked through the payment portal)...use the new one if it links through the payment portal and not just getting it from the forms area although if it is what they have online, they should accept it.

Yes the edition date that I've used is the same at the USCIS site. I guess there would be no problem on my AOS. Thanks Scott and Mhay
