DS 160 online

Has anyone else tried about 600 times to get the DS-160 online to accept their photo? I have tried to scan and re-scan my photo.

I don't have a photo cropper thingy program, so I can't take a photo with my webcam...

Is there anyone who has just skipped the photo on that part and sent in a physical photo with the packet 3 paperwork instead, or just brough an extra to the interview?

Same exact thing happened to me and I gave up. I mailed the pictures with the rest and never heard about it again! I thought it would cause problems down the road, but it didn't.

Good luck to you!

Open your pictures with paint -the good 'ol version- and then crop it. My passport pictures were on a CD, and they actually were 'glued' together, meaning that the whole picture was my face, twice. I cropped one of my faces out, and bingo, it worked, and the USCIS website said that they were accepted... Worth the try!
