Thought this would be a good idea for the holidays, I have used dealextreme with luck so far to the philippines (the free shipping with them takes a while, about 30 days)

Here is a list complied of online stores that ship international with free shipping. , , I have ordered a few times and had items shipped to the philippines with success and low customs fees (deal extreme add drop shipping so it will be stamped as gift) Here is the list.
