The following will be the contents of my packet:

I-751 form

Leases

Utilities( every few months)

driver's licenses

Car titles

Credit cards

Bank statements ( ok to send bank statements every 4 months?)

2008 & 2009 Taxes

Photos

boarding passes

Vacation that is coming up soon! (e-tickets)

green card front & back

Auto insurance

Am I missing anything? Is it ok to leave blank spots on form 751 for information that is not pertinent to us? Do I need to enclose copies of my passport and passport size photos? Is it ok to include one sheet with both cover letter & index of documents? WE personal checks accepted? Total fees is $545,correct? Thank you.

you do not need passport copy or passport photos..and yes it's good to have one net cover letter down load it at vj and one letter for your index ...the personal check are good .but the new price for the 1-751 as of november 23 2010 is 505.00 dollars. is good if you write joint on your items to show togather a bona fide relationship .. maybe you may add a few more things two affidavits from friends to say how much you are happy and in love...any clubs togather...tax transcripts are better call IRS TAKES TWO WEEKS ..MAYBE loan ..401-k living will.....junk mail .....thay want to see if your living togather and put your A......NUMber on all the pages upper righ hand corner....so if lost thay can fine it. i think you are okay good luck.
