Hi -

My first name is Maria but during our K3 petition my husband and I used Ma. as indicated in all my documents from the Philippines. I've also used my maiden surname as my middle name on all our paper works at that time but now that I living here, I've started using the spelled out "Maria" not the abbreviated form on all my paper works including IDs, etc. and also use my middle name Cassandra as my middle name except of my maiden surname. As this is the case, I would like to ask if it's valid that I use Maria (first name) and Cassandra (middle name) on our I-751 form since all of my current documents shows this as my full/complete name. I will just indicate the previous name I used on the other names used question on part 3 of the I-751.

Please let me know if this will work? I don't want to confuse the USCIS and get RFEs.

12/22/10 - Biometrics Appointment

02/09/11 - ROC APPROVED!

02/10/11 - Green Card Received

US CITIZENSHIP:

12/19/11 - Submit requirements for US Citizenship

12/22/11 - NOA1 received
