Interview Tomorrow: Should we hand in Subject Access report w/Police Cert or wait until asked?

Hi everyone, our interview is tomorrow so of course we're having a day of preparation and last-minute anxiety. One question we'd be grateful if anyone could help us with:

My fiance's police certificate showed up No Live Trace, so we sent away for the Subject Access form to explain his 2004 arrest (no conviction). Should he hand them the Subject Access report when he gives them the rest of his documents (I-134, police cert, birth cert, etc.) the first time he's called up, or should he wait until he's called up the second time and is (presumably) asked about it?

Perhaps this sounds insignificant but we want to be as prepared as possible. Thank you in advance for overlooking my neuroses.

Good luck, i really hope it goes well for you. Personally Id hand it it with the acpo certificate. Chances are you may not need it, i remember my k1 interview and it was all of 2 mins long!

He's never had to declare it on the i94 though right, i think that asks if you've ever been convicted.

Im sure you'll be fine though. If you hand it in, you're being upfront and it shows you've nothing to hide. Im sure they are well rehearsed on the procedure at the USEM.
