Hello everyone. This website has been so helpful in the few moments I've spent here. I feel like I know more than the couple of trips I made to the local USCIS office.

Originally my fiancee and I were thinking of applying for the K1 fiancee visa but think we will go for the CR1 since I decided to spend Christmas in Germany this year.

Our situation is a little odd and any help would be grateful. My fiance was born and raised in Germany but she's korean and is a citizen of South Korea instead of Germany. But she lives in Germany.

We were thinking of getting married this winter in Denmark. We hear the marriage requirements are pretty low and the process is fairly quick. Does anyone have any experience with a Denmark marriage?

Afterwards I was going to come back and apply for the I130 per the instructions on this forum. Then onto the CR1. We were planning a church ceremony in Germany for June '11 with my family and her family and friends.

Of course this wouldn't be an "official" wedding just a ceremony. But was hoping to bring her back in July. I'm sure that's a long shot but if anyone can share some insight and tips that would be great.
