I am from the UK and currently in the US visiting my fiance and we are in the process of filing out the i-129f form. With regards to section 12 (If your fiance is currently in the US), when i went through immigration they have not stapled my i-94 inside my passprt therefore i do not know what my arrival number is to put on the form. Does anybody know have they stopped doing this as i cant remember having a i-94 in my passport the past couple of times i visited? I entered on the VWP and filled out my details beforehand, electronically via ESTA and i have a stamp in my passport showing the expiry date of my stay, do i still need to supply a I-94 number on the i-129f form? would anybody know who to ask on this issue as i dont want to submit the form if it is incomplete.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!

I am pretty sure they have done away with I-94 as the countries that are on the list of VWP have the stamp that you have. Last time I left here in the US in June I heard some people say that they did not have one as they have done away with them. I think I must have been the last to get one and I know my daughter did not have one either when she just visited us here.
