How should I mail the I-751 form?

I sent mine USPS using Express Mail.

Priority mail with delivery confirmation did the trick for me.

I think USPS is a much better choice than FedEx and UPS - someone explained it once but I am not able to repeat the reasoning.

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

Might go Express Mail right from the start.
