I was issued with a 2 year conditional green card in september 2010. Is my co-sponsor still legally tied to me in the sense/form that if they kick me out they are to support me or was that only while I was a K1 visa holder?

Also, whats the chances of getting conditions removed either earlier or while in the process of a divorce?

Are their any other roads i can take to stay here?

Please read the section on When Should I use Form I-865? on the first page. It clearly states the sponsor's duty.

Thanks, but what does it mean by 40 quarters of work?

A quarter is 3 months so 40 quarters = 10 years.

Getting ROC early is not possible, but you can file ROC with a waiver. You will not get a 10 year green card until you send in the divorce decree.

Also, it is a good idea to consult with an Immigration Attorney.
