NOA Petition Approval Valid Until Date

Hi,

I am in the process of the K1 visa. I am currently waiting from the US Embassy to send me a letter which contains my interview date. I have submitted all necessary forms, the last lot of forms i sent including the form stating that i had all documents ready for the interview were sent around 5 weeks ago. On the NOA Petition Approval that my Fiance in Chicago received said on the top valid until November 18th 2010. Does anyone know what happens after the 18th of November, does the approval expire. I know that the interview date letters are sent a month before the actual date, so what happens if i don't get my interview before November 18th?

If anyone has any information on this i would really appreciate you thoughts and advice

Thank you
