My interview is in Montreal on November 23. I need to book my medical and be able to pick up my results a day or two before the interview. I know that recently I saw a thread in here somewhere that compared the two clinics, but I can't seem to find it. Any comment would be appreciated.

Here's the thread you were referring to

I had mine done at Medisys in Montreal

Medisys Health Group Inc.

500 Sherbrooke St., West

It took about 4 hours but there were a lot of people there.

Hope this helps!!

When I was choosing where to have my medical, I had this sort of problem too.

I chose Medisys because it was cheaper and because of it's location. (You can walk from the medical clinic to the consulate in about 10 or so minutes.) Also, if you missed any vaccinations you could get them there. The only -downside- is that you have to wait 3 days for your results instead of 2 days that you'd wait at Seiden's. It worked for me though since I was in town from Calgary, I had my medical on Monday and picked them up at 7am on Friday, then went to my interview. xD

I did my medical with medisys today in Montreal, cost me $255 which included a vaccination I needed for mumps, was there for about two hours about a four minute walk from where I am staying, hope to have the results by Friday

I went to Dr Seidens in Toronto and was out by 8am! (arrived around 6:30 to be 3rd in line; the clinic officialy opens at 7am). They were quick and friendly and I would go back there if I had to do it again....I do not know what his office is like in Montreal...in TO the only availalbe appointments are Mon-tues-wed 7-8:30 or 9 (can't remmeber exactly) but I believe Medisys scheduales them throughout the week throught the day so that may be more convenient....
