Hello, My fiance lives in the Philippines and I live in the USA. From the time she was 10 until the time she was 18 she lived in Guam (she is 24 now). I need to know if she needs a Police certificate from Guam or if they even have Police certificates for that U.S territory. I didn't know Guam was a U.S territory until just a few minutes ago. Also I have all ready received my first NOA1 and remember a question asking if my fiance has ever been to or lived in the United States and I answered "NO". Since Guam isn't a state I am assuming I answered that question correct!? Thanks in advance.
