Hello all,

I had my K1 interview at the Rio de janeiro,Brazil consulate in april 2010. Since I lived in the US before I had an issue pending with the immigration court (an order of removal was issued against me by mistake after I legally left the US).The immigration judge ruled to rescind this removal order last week, thereby resolving the issue. I mailed the document to the US consulate 3 days ago. My question is...does anyone have an idea how long they take to finish processing a pending K1 visa in Rio?

I've been waiting for so long to be with my fiance so I wanted to know how long more I have to wait??Any ideas??

Thanks in advance.

Oi Marco

Boa sorte!!
