OK, I eventually sent off my AOS package today. I am so worried that something is not right! The main worry is the sponsor's income information.

I sent her tax return transcripts, but the income shown on there is only 15k .... we worked out that she gets over 30k a year, 13k from social security payments which are not shown on the tax return.. should they be?

Should the total income on the tax return be the amount that I entered on the total income question on the I-864?

She earns 15k, plus 13k from social security and another 7k from something else...

I sent the letter showing the social securty payments, but I thought it should show somewhere on the tax forms..

On the other hand, would they have approved me for the K1 visa in the first place if they thought my sponsor didn't earn enough?
