Hello everyone. I dont want to place my problems out on the open but i have no other choice in this case so i have to ask for help. I am a US citizen and my gf isnt. She came to visit me this August. The previous plan was for her to stay for one month but i wanted her to stay little bit longer and she did. So she was here for 2 months, left 2 days ago :(( . She was allowed to stay till January. On her entry however she was asked to go to a room where she waited a little bit and they asked her why she is here. She said visiting friends because at that time we did not date, so she didnt lie. And they allowed her to enter the US. Now i am wondering, how much time has to pass by for her to visit me again? She was here on a tourist visa.

Please help me, i really have no clue about this stuff.

Thank you!

We keep our dreams high, and we keep our hope higher !!!

Next time she should obviously say that she is visiting her boyfriend. What kind of visa does she have? If it is a single-entry visa she will have to apply for another visa before visiting again.

Other than that, in general she should stay outside the US for longer than she is inside the US. This is not a guarantee that she will be allowed in, and nor is it impossible for her to come more often than that. But it is a good general guideline when planning visits.
