Saludos, que bueno saber que habia un foro para Colombianos, tenia rato en el sitio pero siempre veia todo en ingles con gente de otros continente, saludos y muchos exitos para todos en su nuevo rumbo.

Tenia esa duda, para alguien que nos pueda ayudar con algunos consejos, somos casados en Colombia, ¿se debe aplicar para K1 o K3? y me imagino que del resto se usan los mismos formularoios i129-F, etc.

Tenia esa duda, para alguien que nos pueda ayudar con algunos consejos, somos casados en Colombia, ¿se debe aplicar para K1 o K3? y me imagino que del resto se usan los mismos formularoios i129-F, etc.

Si ya están casados las única opción que tienen es la visa CR1/IR1. La visa K3 todavía existe pero es casi imposible de obtenerla ya que el Centro Nacional de Visas sólo las procesa como tal si reciben el formulario I-129F aprobado por el USCIS antes que el formulario I-130, lo cual casi nunca sucede.

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
