hello All!

i have received my biometrics appointment in the mail today. is this an initial sign for an approval on my I-751 Petition?

Sept. 9: MAILED I-751 PEITION

Sept.10: PACKET DELIVERED TO CSC

Sept.13: CHECK CASHED

Sept.15: RECEIVED DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (Reception Date in CSC - Sept.13)

Sept.16: RECEIVED NOA

Sept.30: RECEIVED BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT in the mail

Oct. 25: BIOMETRICS TAKEN

Jan. 6: RECEIVED TEXT AND EMAIL ON ROC APPROVAL

Jan. 12: RECEIVED NOA (APPROVAL) in the mail

Mar.26: RECEIVED NEW GREEN CARD in the mail

No. This is only a sign that you are in their queue. You will need to wait to hear from them for a decision.

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony
