Hi all, finally I have received my interview date letter, it's ganna be on November 9th. There are list of things on the letter they ask me to bring, beside all the proper IDs, on the letter also said "bring affidavit of support, medical exam, (if not submitted)", I have submitted all the documents along with the I-485 application, do I have to bring again for the interview? or do they mean by I need to bring the current affidavit of support?

Do anyone of you bring those kind of documents to the interview?

Thanks a lot for yor help...

If you submitted them - then you do not.

But the wise one would take copies anyway - doesn't cost anything, and may prevent any issues if they are requested.

(you would make copies of what you sent in)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
