Hello,

Was wondering, when I initially sent the I-864 instead of I-134 which is not being used anymore for Morocco, I was hired last week with another agency to make up for the hours that I was missing in my current part time job. Is it okay, to fax a NEW letter of employment showing this new job without submitting a new I-864?. I will start working the extra hours this week to add to my previous morning hours (i am in home health care) and it's hard to know your exact hours each week as they may vary.

OR....should I resend another I-864 since his interview is not until Oct 5th and add this additional income which could mean a great deal since I am going thru Morocco. Having to much is better than having to little when in comes to proof of income.

On the original I-864, I did have enough income to make the poverty guidelines but had to use my child support to add for additional income which put me over the guidelines about $3500.00 since I only work part-time. This second job would give me the 40+ hours a week but their will be no proof on I-864 of the add'l income coming in, should they deny child support. So I am still worried whether or not they will consider child support as income since it is Morocco I am dealing with. Anyway, any suggestions would be helpful as to what one would do in my situation

thanks

I guess what I am actually asking is it okay to have already submitted the I-864 and have a current new job without having to put it on the I-864 already submitted for his interview in Oct.
