so my fiance arrived in the states, but they gave her this letter about taking another sputum test and if not completed she wont be able to have her status changed. Do I have to worry about this one? what if she failed and if the test wont get done within the 3 mos of change of status?

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: Philippines

Who gave her the letter? Are you sure its not a recommendation for a follow-up? (as in, negative now, but check-up again) Is it an actual mandate to have one? more info please. I have never heard of a follow-up sputum test for AOS, (doesn't mean its not the case) but I would be surprised if they issued the visa with a questionable chest xray/sputum test.
