I visited my fiancee for the 3rd time this year in August, on arrival at airport I was questioned intensively by immigration as to why this was my third visit this year, I visited for 1 week in May and 1 Week in July, this time I came for 2 weeks. I received the ususal questions - when would I be leaving, where did my fiancee live, how did we meet etc. My question is I want to visit again in October could I be denied entry - again this visit is only for 1 week.

It would be helpful if you would put more on your profile as to where you are and where your fiance is. Also set your timeline if in fact you have filed paperwork. I'm assuming that you are wanting to go to the US to visit your fiance. Any time you are attempting to cross the border whether driving or flying you risk the chance of being denied. Access to the US is not a right. More than likely you will be questioned again this time. Always tell the truth. Make sure that you have ties to your home country with you. Strong ties. Letter from employer stating when you are expected back to work. Rental agreement, power bill etc.....A return ticket is a real asset. I was denied entry one time, but since then have been allowed to visit twice. I make sure I have all my paperwork with me and a drive home from the airport just in case I do get denied. I hope this was helpful. Please add more to your profile and update your timeline.

Good Luck!

Sorry for the lack of information. Im from the UK, Fiancee from the US, we are in the process of collecting all information together to start the K1 Visa Application during my visit in October. I have recently sold my home and am living with my Mother until my relocation (hopefully) to the US, so I have no rental agreement, or power bill. I will have a letter from my employer, and a return ticket. I realise its not my right to gain entry into the country, and once again intend to only stay for a week, and would hate to be denied entry.

Thanks for adding more information. You might take a letter from your mother stating the fact that you live/board with her. Have her put the date that you are leaving and coming back in the note too. The last time I was detained for questioning they asked me how much money I had in my wallet. How much in the bank and if I had a credit card and the amount that I could still use on it. They wanted to make sure that I could support myself for the 2 weeks that I was there. We weren't engaged at that point so I told them I was going to see my boyfriend. I have not gone to the US since we got engaged and started this paperwork. Take anything that you have that will show that you have ties to the UK. Best of luck with your journey! Let me know how you make out.
