Timeline

well the older son will have to wait for another thread and later date. I need to get these two here first. the oldest son is 24 so she might have to do it after citizenship is completed. hope he don't get married before she can apply. I have disused the possibility of me retiring to Ukraine but that's another 12 years away.

Once she becomes an LPR I would say to have her son apply for a visitor visa, especially if he has a decent job and apartment there, he may get one to visit. No telling but it is possible.

We are also considering retiring in Ukraine, not a bad place to live on a US pension and we would be able to travel back here to see family when we want. Once you are married for two years to a Ukrainian it is rather simple for you to get permanent resident status in Ukraine
