Don't forget the passport-size (2x2) photos of you and the kids....and your DS-230 Part I and Part II forms.

The proof you have to show your previous marriage was terminated and that you have custody of the children should suffice at the interview.

We also compiled family photos, greeting cards, e-mails, tickets to movies, purchases with my husband's name on the receipt, etc.

You can do a search on luvtechwifey...in one of her posts she had pictures and a detailed description of how she organized her documents.

ok it looks like from OP's list and the responses...ok na si wife as far as what she's gonna bring when the time comes for her interview. but my question is, aside from the IV fee bill that was paid to the NVC, is there any other fees that visa fee that needs to be paid at the USEM in Manila? kse their website says that the fee for immediate relative visas are $350...which is different amount that NVC billed for. so im confused.

Except for the Air21 bill, wala na dapat.

The $350 is the payment for the visa, there is also a security fee of $74. The total is $404, which is what was already paid (plus the $88 for the domestic review of the AOS, also on the IV bill) when you went through NVC processing (for CR1/IR1 applicants).
