Job history question on ds230 part 1

My wife has to list all her jobs for the last ten years on this form including the address,employer and the month and year she worked there. She remembered everything except one were she worked as a housemaid only for a short period of time(2months), she cant remember the address or the employers name, is it ok if we leave it out or can we do something else? Im not sure if we are supposed to write cannot remember employer name or address or something.

Good day!!..I guess it's ok not to put everything..just put from the recent ones and the one she remembered..either so, they will not know about it..and she just worked there for 2 months..God bless!!
