06/12/2003 received returned I-130 that had been mailed to wrong location

06/12/2003 re mailed I-130 to Lee's Summit,MO.

06/24/2003 I-130 and $139. received Lees Summit Receipt # WAC-03-200-50109

08/04/2003 receive request for additional Evidence Signature on I-129,Proof of Citizenship Form,

(G-325A)Bio Data,Marriage cert,Receipt notice(I-797) for pending I-130 application

08/25/2003 All documents requested sent

09/09/2003 Receive original marriage cert back from BCIS

09/10/2003 Notice that I-129 denied because there was no pending I-130 when I-129 filed.I-130 had been returned

and resent to Lee's Summit and I-130 was received after I-129

10/02/2003 Sent new I-129 with $130 to lees Summit

10/04/2003 BCIS returns I-129 wrong $amount submitted (correct amount $110)

10/10/2003 send I-129 and $110

10/13/2003 BCIS issues receipt for $110 for I-129F new receipt number MCS-14-013-61499

11/21/2003 call to Expedited procedures to see if they can use original I-130 date on application. (NO)

11/21/2003 phone Call & Letter to Senator John McCain ask to help

11/25/2003 McCain receive correspondence that old denial still looked good and new I-129 was pending waiting for marriage cert,

photos, BCIS had received and returned these exact docs on 09/09/2003.

04/12/2004 receive letter and receipt (MSC-14-013-61499) of approval I129-F conformation also sent to U.S. Embassy Manila,Philippines

This could not have been approved without marriage docs and proof of citizenship,ect,

04/19/2004 Embassy send letter they are in receipt and will proceed with processing.

06/07/2004 Maria Fe receives Visa from embassy

07/08/2004 notice of typo error on I130 of 06/24/2003 (WAC-03-200-50-109) 84 days to respond

07/18/2004 maria Fe arrives U.S. on K -3 Visa

08/01/2004 contacted BCIS what's missing said I-130 with officer who will make decision

08/12/2004 I corrected Typo on I-130 sent G-325A,Bio Form ,Pictures,BCIS already has all docs and marriage cert. Sent well within 84 day deadline.

11/08/2004 Denial of I-130 they cannot find docs They want me to file again for third fee paid for this doc. Disgusted beaten down and broke

09/07 2010 Now we must file a new I-130 for $355 and a I485 for $930. + $80.00 fingerprint card. What a nightmare.

Can anyone help us or do we have to pay again.
