some questions about i-765 and i-130

:) Hello friends!

I have some questions about form i-765 (application for employment authorization)and i-130

1. My situation is that I am holding an F-1 visa in the States and my wonderful hubby is a US citizen. We wanna file all the files necessary together. So for i-765, question No.16, should i put 4-7-A on it? :huh:

2. For i-130,question No. 18 to 21, should I write N/A on it since I am here in the States and are applying for change of status. :D

You base the I-765 off of the I-485 that you will be filing to adjust status. (C )(9 ) for question 16.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
