I have applied for a fiance visa and have gone throught the various stages of progression. We are now at the U.S. Embassy interview stage. My fiance is currently working and living in Dubai, UAE. Because of problems, we had to reschedule her initial embassy interview and was given a new date. Because of domicile problems now, we may have to try and reschedule again because she may not have her work visa in time showing her domicile in Dubai. Can we ask for another reschedule date? or would it be best to transfer her fiance visa application to the country she is originally from? And, which would be easier? If we did transfer her application to the Philippines how much longer could we expect her wait?

Thanks for your help
