Hi guys, I've read a couple of threads with members giving estimates on when the adjudication date is? How do you exactly check or know this? I know about Igor's list and how to view the pending and approved ones. I just don't know how to get an idea of the adjudication time. I'm on my third month right now. I guess since I can't find it maybe you guys can give me an estimate on when my petition will get adjudicated based on my times below.

May 26, 2010- mailed I-129f VSC

May 27, 2010- received

June 1, 2010- received text & e-mail for NOA 1

June 5, 2010- NOA 1 hard copy received

June 7, 2010- last updated

The key here is estimates... Some are way faster then others... With no real way to determine why one is faster then others.

Too many variables,, and sometimes just plain luck.

Sorry,,, but, it is what it is.

My CR1 case was not real simple,,, but, my time line was extremely fast (125 days filing to interview). Based upon the timeline

of others I was expecting about 160 days or so.

Good Luck,

Regards.

I hear you DouglasFiel. I'm already prepared to wait for 4 months, even 5. It's funny though, I see some people here who have filed like in July or August and are already impatient. They feel that it's already been eternity for them. lol

Oh well, the waiting continues I guess.

We all have the same goal, to be with the person we love. So yes, we're all impatient to get to the finish line, no matter how long it's been.

DTD, according to your timeline data (On your profile), your I129f may be adjudicated between August 15, 2010 and September 13, 2010*.

Coconuts - Well said! Good luck to all those still in the process. Just have patience and everything will be fine. Congrats to those recent NOA2's.....
