NATIONAL VISA center RFE , my friends husband who act as a sponsored but the birthcertificate IN TEXAS WHEN THE PERSON BORN BEFORE 1982, They says they dont have long forM for them, they can only obtain vital records is that gonna be good enought to sent as AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT, to proved that the sponsor who is U.S.C?

2.my friend who is the petitioner but she dont have job while her husband who served in the army , should my friend act asa joint sponsor with her husband or can she only be the petitioner. and her husband be sponsored alone?

3.ITR- "INCOME TAX RETURN" DOES THEY NEED TO SENT INDIVIDUALLY OR BOTH BUT THEY ARE FILLING JOINTLY IN THE PAST 3years?

4. she received email asking that she need to pay $$404.00 for a visa processing fee while she not done yet with affividavit of support processing. what does she needs to do first? PAY the visa processing fee or finish the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT?

they can send passport of the husband if they have one. for the Affidavit of support,if the wife is the petitioner, even though she is not working,she has to file the I1864 and the husband will file a I1864a form.they can send it one Income tax return if they are filling jointly.

as for the Immigration visa fee,she can pay it now even though you AOS papers are not yet done. IV and the AOS are totally independent in terms of processing when they at NVC.
