I recently petitioned for the K1/2 visa for my fiancee. I technically petitioned for my ex-wife as well several years ago (although she was here on a work visa when we married, but we adjusted her status). My question is: does the fact that I've peitioned for two different people have any impact on approval/denial? I think on your 3rd petition you'd go into a database for tracking purposes. Thanks.
